Job Description:
Key member of the Company’s HR Team and primary driver of
organizational effectiveness and strategic HR initiatives and functions
within the Company. Together with key executives, develops and executes
the HR agenda to drive team performance, achieve business objectives,
and establish individual and team goals which are in support of,
and aligned with, the Company Vision, Mission and Strategy.
Key functional areas
of responsibility include recruitment and staffing, training and
development, employee relations, performance management, succession
planning, organization design and development, change management
and policy/procedure development. The Human Resource Director also
serves as HR Partner to the parent company’s senior management
team and the parent company’s liaison.
Primary Responsibilities:
Heavy emphasis on programs aimed at organizational design and development;
Change management strategies; Training and development; Succession
planning; Recruitment/staffing and employee relations.
Education/Experience:
Bachelors in related field or business. Masters degree in HR or
MBA preferred. 10-15
years cross-functional HR managerial experience in ever expanding
roles. SPHR certification preferred
Salary:
To $200K
