Thomas Brenneman, President and CEO, Milwaukee Office
Tom has had an extensive, diverse and successful HR management/leadership background spanning over 25 years. His heavy focus and concentration in executive search, as well as his ability to effectively collaborate with his clients, has enabled him to fill critical positions in operations, technical and sales/marketing with food manufacturers and related food companies.
As the former Manager of Staffing and Development at Beatrice Foods/Con Agra and currently as President and CEO of Food Executives Network (formerly Roth Young Executive Search of Milwaukee) for the last 15 years, Tom has partnered exclusively and successfully with food and ingredient manufacturers ranging from small startup, entrepreneurial companies to multi-billion, global food corporations.
Tom has earned an excellent reputation throughout the industry and he especially enjoys nurturing long-term relationships based on the bedrock principles of integrity, trust and respect for both his clients and candidates. As a consultative, strategic and tactical HR professional, Tom prides himself on being an integral part of the recruitment/placement process in order to ensure a positive outcome for all the parties involved.
Tom graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BS in Business Administration. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, music, tennis and family activities.
Kay Boxer, Director of Business Development, SE Office
Kay has an extensive and varied background in food industry recruiting with a solid track record of successful placements serving Meat/Poultry, Dairy/Cheese, Frozen/Canned/Bottled, Bakery/Snacks Confectionery; Ingredients/Nutraceuticals, and the Bio-Technology industries.
Kay has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with both clients and candidates and has developed a wide circle of relationships and contacts since she joined Food Executives Network (formerly Roth Young Executive Search of Milwaukee) in 1995. She also prides herself on gaining an in-depth knowledge of the client’s operations to target and resource candidates that are suited not only to the job specifications, but also the more intrinsic qualities of culture and organizational fit.
Kay graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BS in Education. In her free time, Kay enjoys family and social activities, movies and the south Florida lifestyle.
Christine Brenneman, Business Manager, Milwaukee Office
Chris has worked in a wide variety of marketing, sales and administrative support roles at Miller Brewing Company, in addition to her many years of trade show/special event project management. Chris specializes in research and database management, in addition to handling marketing, website and administrative support for Food Executives Network. Chris graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with a MS in Management. In her free time, she enjoys music, outdoor activities, entertaining and cheering the Packers on to victory.
